HPC02 (Hydraulic processor Controller) is a powerful mechatronic element wich integrates:
• a proportional pressure compensated FLOW control valve and proportional Pressure Limiter
• an highly configurable Programmable Logic Controller with specify architecture for safety related applications
• Pressure, Flow (it is an indirect measurement through pressure drop through a calibrated orifice) and temperature sensors. The Hydraulic setup is suitable as a base element for ON-OFF or Load Sensing proportional valves, with or without pre-compensator. Our main controller is deployed to run advanced machine control, its diagnostic and, soon, integrated fleet management of our Hydraulic MiniPowerpack. 

The high number of embedded I/O and the possibility to manage additional I/O’s through Filedbuses, allow HPC to be the main controller of the machine. For the applications where a main PLC already exists, HPC can be set as a SLAVE controller of the local Hydraulic power pack.
